Questions
When do I pay?
After your laundry has been weighed and itemised at pickup, by UPI, Wallet or cash. You never pay in advance.
How is my bill worked out?
Per kg for wash & fold, wash & iron and premium laundry; per piece for ironing, dry cleaning and household linen; per panel for curtains; and per pair for shoes, plus 18% GST, and orders under ₹300 are billed at ₹300. Dry cleaning, shoes and curtains are priced by fabric and finish. The weight and item count are recorded at pickup.
Do you cover my area?
If you're anywhere in Gurugram, yes: the old city sectors, the DLF phases, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, New Gurugram and everywhere in between.
What happens after I send the form?
We call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave, to fix your first pickup.
Do you take business orders?
